I am a MS student in the Ming Hsieh Department of Electric and Computer Engineering at University of Southern California, advised by Prof. Zaijun Chen. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Nankai University with a GPA of 3.87/4.0, ranking in the top level of my graduating year. I graduated Summa Cum Laude as one of the Outstanding Graduates (Top 1%).
My current research primarily focuses on optical neural networks, aiming to uncover consistent principles that drive ultralow-energy analog computing, AI/ML acceleration hardware, interconnects, and distributed computing systems. I have a strong interest in the design and optimization of algorithms, and I am passionate about advancing computational efficiency through innovative architectures and methodologies.
